Playing for Stafford High School a year ago, Braeden Snavely Braeden Snavely Braeden Snavely 6'3" | 235 lbs | DL Saint James Academy | 2026 State VA was one of the strongest defensive linemen in Virginia. The Army commit looked comfortable in the Huguenot scrimmage setting the edge off the Strivers line. He will be a pain to block one on one, even going against higher level competition.

Recently announcing his transfer to Saint James Academy, Braeden Snavely Braeden Snavely Braeden Snavely 6'3" | 235 lbs | DL Saint James Academy | 2026 State VA will be enrolling into Army in 2026. The All region defensive lineman for Stafford as a junior had over 10 Division 1 offers and probably would of gained more if he kept his recruitment open. The military academy seemed locked in on this standout as it was pretty clear that he was up in the air between Army and the Naval Academy.

I think this kid is not ranked high enough and the way he has started his junior season validates that even more. Stafford’s Braeden Snavely Braeden Snavely Braeden Snavely 6'3" | 235 lbs | DL Saint James Academy | 2026 State VA is an explosive defensive tackle at 6’3 and 275 lbs.. He has a great first step and a number pass rushing moves, the young man is super quick off the snap. Snavely also has a 4.3 GPA I would be curious to see who begins offering this kid very soon.

A 6’3 235 lbs. edge rusher he will be a problem for years to come in the Commonwealth Region. Snavely may be the next big thing for the Stafford Indians, already making an impact last fall for them as a freshman. The Indians line him up all over their defensive line and regardless of where he is, he plays the game with a nose for the football. He has a long impressive reach to shed blockers and you will rarely see him get beat off the outside. Boasting a 4.3 GPA the future is bright for this young man, he was already turning heads at the NC State Camp last week.
