Out of the top four though 2 of them are representing the Warwick Raiders, which should have their fan base excited. Listed below is a breakdown of the top four ranked defensive lineman for Virginia Class of 2026:
We start things off with the number 1 defensive lineman and 17th ranked overall in Christian Corbin Christian Corbin 6’2″ | 270 lbs | DL Warwick | 2026 State VA . Playing for the Warwick Raiders Corbin has a tremendous get off and his blocker awareness is quite impressive. He plays the game with a low center of gravity meaning he really gets beat off the snap and is constantly in the backfield. Even watching him react to any misdirection play is nicely done on his part, he rarely over pursues a play. At defensive tackle last fall he notched 5.5 sacks and should be in double figures for that stat come 2023. Not even starting his sophomore year and he has received offers from Maryland and UNC Charlotte, with many more schools likely to follow.
Richardson is a very nimble fast moving defensive tackle for the Varina Blue Devils, even notching a scope and score touchdown last season. A second team all region selection last season, Richardson has a chance to be one of the best defensive lineman in the state this fall. Standing at 6’0 285 lbs. if you do not lock him up right off the snap, chances are he will be disrupting the play in the backfield. The interest in this rising sophomore is starting to grow with visits set for Virginia Tech and North Carolina upcoming, do not be surprised if FBS schools start offering him son.

A 6’3 235 lbs. edge rusher he will be a problem for years to come in the Commonwealth Region. Snavely may be the next big thing for the Stafford Indians, already making an impact last fall for them as a freshman. The Indians line him up all over their defensive line and regardless of where he is, he plays the game with a nose for the football. He has a long impressive reach to shed blockers and you will rarely see him get beat off the outside. Boasting a 4.3 GPA the future is bright for this young man, he was already turning heads at the NC State Camp last week.

The Warwick Raiders out of the Peninsula Region from Newport News have two of our top four defensive lineman and coming in at 61 overall is this man Duwuane Skipwith Duwuane Skipwith 6’2″ | 260 lbs | DL Warwick | 2026 State VA . Can you imagine what the Raiders defensive line will look like in a couple of years. Imagine having to worry about containing him and his teammate Christian Corbin Christian Corbin 6’2″ | 270 lbs | DL Warwick | 2026 State VA for the next three years because they plan to make you pay. Skipwith is 6’2 and 260 lbs. and he had 6 sacks last year to go along with 38 tackles, not too bad for a freshman campaign if I say so myself. The interest in this man will only grow with what is poised to be a big sophomore season for him, expect his sack total to double.
