Charlie Christopher is an agile linebacker that weaponizes his speed to bring down any skill position player on the field. Christopher has good vision and a fast reaction time to launch himself towards the playside to quickly aid in stopping the run. Is valuable in pass coverage with his speed to close out on wide receivers. Has good instinct break off coverage when a quarterback is flushed out of the pocket to minimize yardage. Is a solid open field tackler with his quickness to attack before a ball carrier tries to cut. His tackling form is precise towards a ball carrier’s midsection making him able to bring down bigger backs. Does a nice job seeing through the chaos of bodies on runs up the middle to weave his way through to bring down ball carriers. Christopher has good footwork and agility to quickly change direction and take good angles on running backs. While his speed and agility make him a good linebacker, his strength to finish plays off make him a very good DI talent in the making. His recruiting process is already underway with Akron taking notice, I expect next season to bring a lot more attention to him.

Running out of the triple option offense, Jimmy Rosol Jimmy Rosol 6’0″ | 175 lbs | QB Olmsted Falls | 2025 OH is as smart as he is athletic to take command of the offense and produce. In an offense full of playmakers, Rosol reads and reacts at a high level to get the ball to the player with the best chance to break open a play. He has the speed to take the ball himself on run plays to make plays with his legs. Shows good agility in open space to make hard cuts to get upfield. Has good arm accuracy when his team calls on him to pass at the opportune moment and catch a defense sleeping. Shows good arm strength to send the ball down the field behind the secondary. Is able to throw on the run with accuracy whether by design on rollouts or when improvising. Has good throwing mechanics on dropbacks, gets the ball out quickly. Rosol is a multisport athlete off the gridiron competing in track and basketball to keep him sharp year round. As he continues to grow as a player, Rosol will be a fun player to watch and become more of a factor in one of the most difficult conferences in the state.

An imposing left tackle with all the strength to overpower defensive ends, JD Radway JD Radway 6’4″ | 315 lbs | OL North Ridgeville | 2025 OH is a bulldozer in the run game that puts out a high number of pancakes. Radway is a destructive tackle for his arm strength to get full extension to knock over players of any size. Has good instincts to sense when a player is leaning, often ends up on top of a player. He has good lateral movement to cover interior defensive linemen when called on. Brings the contact off the snap to start controlling a player. Works well in the second level and can bring down blitzing linebackers with ease. A legitimate left tackle that can handle a bull rush better than most. At 6’4 and 315 lbs and growing, Radway is a player coaches should be keeping an eye on at the next level.
DeAndre Copeland DeAndre Copeland 6’1″ | 305 lbs | OL Buchtel | 2025 OH plays the interior offensive line with speed and power to create openings in the middle of the line for his backs to produce through. A flexible player that does a good job getting under the shoulder pads of opponents. Consistently creates openings for his backs with good body control to open his hips up and drive a defender away from the play. Has good weight distribution in his stance to avoid getting moves put on him. Works up to the second level when run blocking, delivers contact in stride on smaller players. Plays well in 1-on-1 situations against bigger interior defensive linemen, has good form to deflect away from the play. Maintains good form when moves are put on him. Shows quick reaction to hand on him and knock them away. This offseason, Copeland is putting in good work at camps and linemen camps to grow his game. His form and technique make him a player worth watching as he rarely gets beat.
