SOUTH DAKOTA-- We have our decision on our first-ever Prep Redzone Dakotas Hog Molly of the Year! The winner is:
[player_tooltip player_id="56248" first="Ethan" last="Headlee"], Harrisburg
Disclosure: This award was not handed to Headlee because of the number of comments his Tigers teammates put in, although that was impressive.
THE WHY
Headlee wins this award because of his ability to finish defenders on and on with his film. Headlee is also one of the best-engaged offensive linemen I watched this season as he does not stop blocking for anyone. I also love how Headlee has put his man on the ground with a pancake, and he stays firm with that defender making sure that he’s not getting the action on any offensive player with the football. You can also tell with Headlee that he really improved his footwork from last season to this season, looking significantly more mobile and drawing more pull blocks. Headlee can eat a tall stack of pancakes and drive his man immediately to the ground or use his strong footwork to gain tough leverage on his defender.

RECRUITING
Headlee holds eight offers from NAIA to Division II. If I had a prediction, I would say Headlee certainly ends up in the Northern Sun. Headlee is a kid who raised his stock and got faster but still kept the same motor we saw when we first made the website live back in October.
Congratulations to [player_tooltip player_id="56248" first="Ethan" last="Headlee"] of Harrisburg for winning our first ever Hog Molly of the Year Award!
