Instead of featuring another group of 10 newcomers, Part II features 11 prospects that debuted inside the Top 100; as this bunch ranges from No. 71 to No. 99. Proffitt made a statement at the u003cemu003eYou Are Athlete Showcaseu003c/emu003e in Kansas City last month. He used his quickness to his advantage throughout the '22 campaign, which led to more than 10 tackles for loss for the sophomore.
