This skill is promising from a well-built lineman and makes him a stout prospect who could play early at the next level. He also takes pride in his pass blocking ability, where he didn't allow a single sack in the Tornadoes' State Title run last year. His potential shines at both Tackle and Guard as his movement and size are rare. He also competes in hammer, discus and shotput throwing events and holds a 3.9 GPA. Blevins will be a hot name in recruiting circles as colleges constantly need prolific OL and his tools are in the heaviest demand. He has a good get off and uses it to punish DL who don't, or take a play off, in the run game. His footwork is great at both Guard and Tackle, and although he projects to fit better on the inside, he can kick out to execute versatile schemes on the outside. He continues to earn his spot as a top OL in the State. He's well coordinated and holds his own, as he locks in with his hands and doesn't let people by. While he has an instinct to impede them from getting past him, he's still learning how to let plays develop and take efficient angles of attack to maximize his power into offensive production.
