He showcases this by using his very good speed, acceleration, change of direction, and balance. During long gains, when he starts to lose his balance, he adjusts and keeps running. Terch was consistently outrunning defenders whether in man or zone. He has a good release, especially vs press jam. He uses his big body and physicality to fight at the beginning or through the route, coming out on top. Terch has very good separation quickness due to his athletic ability, and outrunning defenders, and mental processing. He will identify the voids in the zone and exploit them, or come back to this QB during the scramble drill. He has very good ball tracking skills. He uses his good concentration to catch a bobbled ball. Terch uses his big frame and athletic ability to jump over defenders coming down with the catch. He is a very good catcher. He will adjust either above or below to make the catch. Terch is a deep threat who was continuing to get past the secondary for big gain.
