The conference is loaded with Bishop McDevitt, and Steelton-Highspre both coming off winning PIAA State Championships. In addition, Harrisburg went to the 6A PIAA Title Game and lost to St. Joe’s Prep. The other big part of the Mid-Penn Conference is how deep the conference is. So many great teams and players. This is part 3.
Tanie Young Tanie Young 5'10" | 170 lbs | ATH Trinity | 2025 State PA Trinity. Young played running back and wide receiver for Trinity last year. He is a good athlete that is really difficult to tackle in space. Every time he touches the ball he can create a big play. He has elite speed and when he gets in the open field he can run by defenders. As a running back he hits the hole hard and has good movements when running the ball. He is very good when he runs off tackle or on a jet sweep off the edge. Young is a talented skill player that should get plenty of opportunities to play in the next few years.
Remyson Feneliace Remyson Feneliace 6'2" | 200 lbs | LB Chambersberg | 2025 PA Chambersburg. Feneliace played linebacker for Chambersburg last year. Feneliace has limited film but showed plenty of talent on film. He is a good athlete that does a nice job attacking downhill and making plays. He is good at creating turnovers and attacking ball carriers with the ball in their hands. He is also a sideline-to-sideline backer who runs very well when making plays on the ball. Feneliace is the type of player that should only get better going forward.
Grant Hall Grant Hall 5'8" | 155 lbs | ATH Big Spring | 2025 State PA Big Spring. Hall played wing-back in Big Springs Wing-T offense. He displayed an ability to do it all at the position. He ran the ball with counters, sweeps, and other run plays. When he hits the hole he explodes through it and makes people miss. When he gets into the open field he has elite speed and runs away from defenders. In the passing game, he catches the ball very well. Hall is very good at going in motion and then getting open in routes. Hall is an elite athlete that has a lot of skill.
Antonio Harrison Chambersburg. Harrison played running back for Chambersburg last year. Harrison is a very good athlete that runs with authority as a running back. He has elite speed. When he gets into the open field he just runs by defenders. He is really good at outside zone plays. He is patient and then hits the hole well on the edge. Several times he rushed for long gains or touchdowns out of this play. He is also very good at running through defenders. He has a physical style in the way he runs through defenders. Harrison has elite running skills and should only improve.
Bennett Secret Cedar Cliff. Secrest played the quarterback for Cedar Cliff. For a Sophomore starting quarterback Secrest played really well. He is a good athlete and does a nice job in the quarterback run game. Several times on film he ran very well with quarterback power or other run plays. Secrest does a good job with his fundamentals. He sets his feet and throws the ball very well. He also throws with good anticipation into tight windows. He knows where he wants to go with the ball and anticipates where to throw it. Secrest also throws with good touch on the ball when it is needed. Secrest is a talented quarterback who should only grow the more playing time he gets.

Parris Blackston Parris Blackston 5'7" | 165 lbs | WR Milton Hershey | 2025 State PA Milton Hershey. Blackston is a good athlete who played defensive back for Milton Hershey. At defensive back he showed the ability to cover very well. He does a nice job locking on wide receivers and running stride for stride with them. He also does a nice job providing run support as well. Blackston also showed the ability to make plays in the return game. He can return punts and kicks as well. He also does a nice job making plays on the ball with pass breakups and interceptions. Blackston is a good athlete with a lot of potential.
