Quartz Hill (Lancaster) defensive back Adonyss Currie Adonyss Currie 6'3" | 170 lbs | LB Quartz Hill | 2025 State CA announced his commitment to Texas A&M last Friday.

Currie caught 47 passes for 865 yards with 9 touchdowns and had four interceptions on defense last season.

He was a top performer at the Under Armour Next All-American Camp and earned an invitation to the All-American game.

Currie chose Texas A&M over 20 other schools that offered him including Michigan State, Notre Dame and Ole Miss among others. He is the second player from Southern California in Texas A&M’s 2025 recruiting class.

He has good ball skills and has developed nicely. Currie also earned an invite to the All-American game.
