Baer is a very much still developing tackle prospect but has the length and size for the next level with tons of growth potential and upside. He is athletic, has good feet and a strong punch while able to finish blocks downfield and can get to the second level and pull across the LOS without taking false steps and leading quickly through the hole. He is also a natural bender in and out of his stance and does a nice job using his length to keep defenders away from his chest and creating a nice pocket in pass protection before anchoring down. He just picked up EWU at the Redlands camp and should see other Big Sky schools come in and offer through his final prep season as he is definitely worth a late offer with some good upside.

Baer is one of the more under-rated and raw tackle prospects across Southern California but has the ideal length and frame for the FCS+ level with plenty of room to grow and develop through his college career. He moves well in space, has a violent inside punch and can create immediate vertical push while finishing blocks downfield and showing he can pull across the line and scrape to the second level and cutoff linebackers. Baer is also technically sound in pass protection and is a high upside kid that is going to be a nice steal here late for a college program.
