The 419 Football club is where prospects in Northwest Ohio can compete and get better every Sunday morning. The best part of the camp is you get to see the region's hidden gems compete, and with the help of Prep Redzone, we can provide instant exposure to those on the rise. Here are some of the athletes you should watch for in the area.

[player_tooltip player_id='417668' first='Owen' last='Madden'] (2024, OL/DL) St. Johns Jesuit - Madden is a 6'2 240 two-way athlete for the Titans and has been trending upward since the end of the season. Madden was mainly the pulling guard and was never shy of running into defenders for a pancake block. Defensively he has active hands and plays with a high motor. All linemen need lateral quickness and speed, and Owen has both.

[player_tooltip player_id='918781' first='Corey' last='Swartz'] (2025, QB) St. Francis De Sales - The 6'3 190 QB has the makings of a game-changing athlete this fall. Swartz throws the ball with zip and accuracy, and with his frame, he has much more room to develop. There will be a battle for the QB1 job, and Swartz is looking to win the starting job. Last fall, Corey was the starting JV QB and also played defense on the varsity level. You can expect this to be a breakout season from Swartz in 2023.

Leon Brown (2024, QB) Toledo Rogers - Leon was the starting QB for the Rams in 2022 and proved he could finish the job after a slow start. Coach Jerry Davis has a lot of confidence in his returning QB, who showed improved arm talent at the 419 Football Club. Brown is a multiple sport athlete who will be a preseason favorite to win City League player of the year. With a young team returning many key players in 2023, Leon should be at the top of his game for his senior season.

Drew Logsdon (2025, QB) Bedford (MI) - Logsdon is a talented up-and-coming QB out of Temperance, Michigan. There are no secrets to the style of football they play at Bedford high school, and Drew is the prototype. Drew has developed his rushing attack with his improved footwork and lateral quickness. During drills at camp, you tell them he knows how to read the defense in RPO situations and can also sell the fake.

Aaron Watson (2024, ATH) Toledo Rogers - Watson stands at 6'3, weighs in at 175, and is an exciting prospect. Watson is a raw prospect that could develop quickly the more he trains at the game. While at the 419 Football Club, Aaron showed flashes of freakish athletic ability while casually going to catch a pass. Watson was turning heads left and right, and everyone was asking, including myself, "who is that kid?" This is your prototypical late bloomer; keep your eyes out for Aaron this football season.

Jacob Spoonmore (2026, ATH) Bedford (MI) - Spoonmore is a natural athlete who should make an impact on the varsity team this fall. Jacob had a monster year scoring many touchdowns and making big plays on both sides of the football. His football IQ is high, and he understands how to read the field regarding his position. Spoonmore has a lot of room to grow, and he will make his intro this fall for the Mules.
