Logan Julian Logan Julian 6'0" | 215 lbs | LB Tates Creek | 2024 State KY is a player that jumped onto my radar last season and had a very successful senior year. Julian lined up at linebacker where he was very impressive against the run. He showed the ability to read his keys quickly and get to the ball carrier in a hurry to make tackles in the open field. Julian finished the season with 91.5 tackles, 18 tackles for loss, and two fumble recoveries with one returned for a touchdown in 12 games. He also showed the ability to make plays against the pass, finishing the season with 2.5 sacks and an interception. Julian also scored two rushing touchdowns on offense. Logan currently holds offers from Millikin, Hanover, Mount Saint Joseph, Union, and Wright State, and I expect him to become a key piece of the defense wherever he decides to play at the next level.

Logan had a terrific defensive performance for Tates Creek High School. Playing against Lafayette High School, Julian put up 8 total tackles, 4 tackles for loss, a forced fumble/recovery, and a defensive touchdown. Logan is excellent at putting lots of pressure on the quarterback early in the play. His reflexes and defensive positioning enable him to get to the quarterback quickly without much trouble getting through the offensive line. When it comes to field coverage, Julian uses his acceleration and upper body strength to pin down opposing runners quickly. I expect Logan to have another dominant performance once the postseason starts.

Julian played a key role in Tates Creek’s win over Dunbar. Logan lines up at linebacker where he is very impressive against the run. He does a great job of reading his keys and flowing downhill in a hurry to get to the ball. Once he gets to the ball carrier, Julian does a good job of running his feet through contact to secure the tackle. He finished last week’s game with a team-high 16 tackles and three tackles for loss. Logan currently holds an offer from Wright State and I expect more to come his way as he has received a solid amount of college interest and has the talent to play at the next level.

He finished this past season with 100 tackles, 16.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, and one forced fumble. Julian lines up at inside linebacker and is very impressive against the run. He does a great job of reading his keys and getting downhill in a hurry once he sees where the ball is going. Julian flows to the ball very efficiently and is a reliable tackler in the open field. He has also shown that he is reliable in pass coverage, coming away with an interception this past season. Logan currently holds an offer from Wright State and I expect more to come his way as he definitely has the talent to play at the next level.
