Continue ReadingDuring 1v1’s he demonstrates that he’s a fluid mover in pass protection, with great coordination between his upper and lower body. He sets with a wide base, has the requisite core strength and plays with natural balance, capable of sitting back and handling power. At 6-foot-1 and 265-pounds, Harvey plays with natural leverage and has the strength to anchor against the bull rush. He also packs a violent initial punch that can stand up pass rushers.
Highlights
The MVP of a solid group of middle school Offensive Linemen, Hull uses his hands well, with good hand placement to maximize his powerful punch. The Kentucky native crossed state lines to Georgia and showed impressive coordination between his upper and lower body in drills. During drills he also anchors well against bull rushers and displays good awareness against stunts. Plays with a country-strong mean streak and drives guys into the ground the second he has them off balance. His initial punch is well-placed and powerful, which causes even the biggest of pass rushers to be stood up right off the snap.

Big Fish was a prospect National Scouting Director Al Pops had a special interest in hearing about at the camp. The 6-foot-4 Kentucky native affirmed a lot of things we thought we knew, and solidified a spot on the 2027 National Watchlist with his performance. As a blocker, he plays with good balance and holds up against the bull rush. Brinegar has strong hands and does a nice job gripping and latching on once he has his hands on rushers. Brinegar flashes light feet as a pass protector but has to continue to work on agility and mobility. At times he showed ability to mirror against quickness and the anchor strength to hold up against the bull rush. There’s certainly something here–he made the most of his opportunity by coming out to the PRZ Next camp.
