Broshears has been one of the most productive players in the state since he stepped on the field as a freshman and that hasn’t changed. He’s started the year off with another big pair of performances. With double-digit solo tackles in both games so far, he’s all over the field, but with Broshears it’s the consistency. Down after down, series after series, game after game, he’s right there to make the tackle. With 15 tackles, 11 solos, and a pair of TFLs again on Friday, it’s easy to see why Broshears is on the list this week.

He earned 2nd Team All-Conference and earned IFCA 4A Junior All-State honors as a Sophomore. This young man is the real deal and is only getting better! Alex has a nose for the football and does a great job tracking the ball. He is a physical tackler and physical when defending off blockers.
