Schlimgen is a wide receiver prospect that I like for a few reasons mainly for the skill that he’s already showing on the field and his ability to run route to the Hyatt. I think his route running is his most obvious strength and while his stats might not pop off the page do you right away what he can do on the field with the right system even just a few improvements can make him a great wide receiver. to others, he has great physical attributes not to mention he has some speed with him that can click into another gear if he needs to catch that deep ball, and he will be getting more opportunities to get the ball into his hand so we can truly see what he can do. I think with his route-running combined with his physical capabilities along with getting some more playing time you want makes it an interesting prospect that could develop into an even better wide receiver of something of a vertical threat or someone who’s always a threat to get above you catch passes. watch out for Schmeling next to your hand because I think he’s bound to have a breakout year.
Cole Knudtson Cole Knudtson 6'0" | WR Sioux Falls Lincoln | 2025 SD – CB, Sioux Falls Lincoln
Knudtson is an all-around great corner and I do not see why there’s not more coverage on him, he is every single thing that you would want in this type of player specifically in the defensive back. he’s fast he’s agile has great footwork and he doesn’t let anyone bully him on the football field, he can stand his own even at times when I see him standing to keep up with them and their size is a county. meaning of he’s an invaluable piece to his defense, seeing as how we can go line up on the other team’s best player and give them a lockdown tonight. One thing that he does seem to struggle with is that he can overcome it and get beat from time to time but that happens when you are a defensive back and it’s something that you have to live with but if you could limit when it happens he would truly be Sky High but the potential that he has. as a whole he’s a player that I think should have coverage on them in college should start looking at him as a player to bring onto the defensive back program so they can have his player in town on their team.
Ryan Kusler – DE, Sioux Falls Roosevelt
Kusler is one of those players that with the right development in Raytown can become extremely talented that being he has a very high ceiling with what he can do. his run-stopping ability is not his strong suit but as a defensive end he is most likely not his main worry more to his defensive lineman teammates what he does is get off the edge to try to stack the QB. what makes him different about it is that he has speed, The speed that you do not see with different events more often than not they use their long arms and size to throw offensive linemen out of the way instead of trying to finesse it but Kusler has both speed and size to his advantage to overpower those offensive linemen to get to the quarterback and even more so with that refinement on his arm moves and swim move game he’d be able to more effectively get past. He is susceptible of double-teams two times but that is something you can work through and should not draw back from his individual account and the skill that he shows on the field.
Gunnar Swift Gunnar Swift 6'2" | 215 lbs | LB Brandon Valley | 2025 State SD – LB, Brandon Valley
Swift is a versatile linebacker who can play a variety of positions, while I’ve seen most of it snaps at middle linebacker where he’s mainly used in pass coverage scenarios and stopping the run, if you want to light him up on the outside he is proving to be a deciding the effective pass-rusher in winnings scenarios. He hits hard add runs fast and that’s everything that you would want of a linebacker, specifically if you have them lining up on the outside part of the edge where he can pick up a block or a forward move from its defensive lineman so he can get into the backfield working go to sack the quarterback. what is great about Swift is that he has so much potential to do so many things in the linebacker position due to the role that you get out of it he can either be someone who can sit in the middle of the field and look for past intercept and stifle the passing game or line up at the outside to get sex and cause chaos in the passing game making him up later to watch and put on your list of top prospects that could become.
