Playoffs bring a lot of college scouts out to check out prospects. When you have a great time during this part of the year a lot of eyes will be on you. This is the time of the year that you get a little more action to show off your game. You have to capitalize every week, because you never know who is may be watching. Here are some names that are going great at this time of the year.

[player_tooltip player_id='340743' first='Gabriel' last='Moore'], DL, Louisville

Gabe Moore has been leading his team in great fashion this year. He has over twelve sacks and last week against Ripley, he was very dominant. There aren't many players who can endure double teams every week and still be productive. Moore pulled back on his commitment to Troy a while back and more offers started to roll around. Most people expect to see him as a Mississippi State Bulldog, but Moore has a lot of options. If he continues to do a good job in the playoffs he will see a lot more offers come. He is unstoppable at times and he is a big problem for offensive lineman. Moore plays in 4A so he is seeing some of the best competition in the state. He is just as good as anybody who plays his position in Mississippi.

Swahili Earby, WR, Louisville

A lot of people haven't heard of Earby. He is a prospect that didn't do a lot in the camp circuit. He will more than likely have to go to JUCO then branch out from there. However, he isn't a bad prospect to look at on any level. Power five schools will be extending him PWOs even if he does not get any full rides. Earby is a 6-foot-4, 190-pound receiver that can run and adjust to make hard catches. He is a guy that any coach would love to have on campus to compete. He will be in Hattiesburg this weekend watching Southern Miss take on South Alabama. This could be a chance for him to pick up his first division one offer.

Key Jackson, ATH, Louisville

Jackson came into this year flying under the radar. He recently seen himself go to being his team's starting quarterback after starting the year off as a receiver. He has picked up a couple of JUCO offers within the last few days and I can see more coming. Jackson is one of the best athletes in the state, but not many know it. He is another player that wasn't around the camp circuit a lot. I think he is a guy that will go to JUCO, put some hard work in and land a division one offer after a great career for two years. He is a very elusive player that just knows how to make plays. He has added a spark to this Louisville offense since he has taken over at quarterback. If he leads this team to a championship college coaches will be blowing his phone up. He will more than likely play slot receiver in college.

[player_tooltip player_id='108934' first='Trip' last='Maxwell'], QB, Hartfield Academy

Maxwell has been on fire this season. In his first year starting at Hartfield he has broken the passing record for touchdowns, yards and completion percentage. He has also been selected to play in the Magnolia State All Star Game as well as the MAIS All Star Game. Maxwell has displayed great leadership this season and I think he is guy that continues to get better every time he steps on the field. He is a prospect that will hit campus and work very hard to exceed. He has a nice frame and is a 6-foot-2, 190-pound wizard. He does not get rattled and does not have happy feet in the pocket. If he decides to go the JUCO route that will give him a lot of time to work on his game more. Trip is definitely a college level quarterback.

[player_tooltip player_id='369656' first='Jordan' last='Pratt'], RB, Houston

Pratt has taken the role of being the main guy at running back for the Houston Hilltoppers. This week they face off against one of the top three teams in 4A. Pratt has been a workhorse at running back and has even found himself playing quarterback this year. He is a 5-foot-10, 190 pound prospect that has good speed, powerful and is quick. If he can find a way to help his team win this week that will be very big for him. Wins don't come easy at this point of the season. The Hilltoppers have been known to produce great talent and Pratt is one of them. He is a guy that coaches need to know. He can go to JUCO and gain weight with more speed. That will help him make it to the division one football level.

Playoffs bring a lot of college scouts out to check out prospects. When you have a great time during this part of the year a lot of eyes will be on you. This is the time of the year that you get a little more action to show off your game. You have to capitalize every week, because you never know who is may be watching.
