About Jackson

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Controlled, fundamental aggression. I feel that my football IQ helps me to be an extension of my coaches on the field.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Outside of sports I am pretty chill. But when I step onto a field or track I kinda flip a switch and become a different person.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I've received academic achievement awards for keeping above a 3.5 GPA.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I've been blessed to be a varsity player since 9th grade so I've been able to really learn from the older guys and shape my leadership skills. But since I've spent the same amount of time on varsity as the seniors I feel like they all respect me as a leader on the field because I've proven myself with my game.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Unfortunately my 9th and 10th grade seasons were cut short due to the same injury. Not being available for my team and having to go through a really tough rehab 2 years in a row was really difficult mentally. I'm blessed to have a great support system with my parents, coaches and trainers who kept me focused and wouldn't let me get to down on myself.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a program that feels like home. That cares for the players as much off the field as they do when we're on it. I'd like a school with a great athletic tradition but helps their players to grow and develop and not just rely on that tradition. Solid academics are a big part but it has to be a good blend of the each.

Ranked in out top 200, Jackson Wrobel Jackson Wrobel Jackson Wrobel 6'3" | 210 lbs | ATH/LB Gainesville | 2027 State VA is really coming into his at defensive back. He is a surefire tackling machine who will stick his nose into anybody. Very impressive in space and his speed/athleticism stands out on each snap. All conference potential this fall, Wrobel heads into his junior season ranked 167th overall in the 2027 class.
