Last Friday was the culmination of another great week of Minnesota prep football, highlighted by Rosemount’s exciting upset of then #1 Eden Prairie in Class 6A Metro action and Becker taking down 4A’s defending champ Hutchinson. It was also a big weekend for the likes of St. Paul Harding/Humboldt, Robbinsdale Cooper, Minneapolis North, Moose Lake-Willow River, Dassel-Cokato, Greenway/Nashwauk-Keewatin, and Mabel-Canton to name a few, and this upcoming week is set to be another barnburner with big matchups across the Metro, Outstate, and in just about every classification of football. Personally, it’s a good thing to have some exciting action on the docket in my home state, as I’m set to experience my first-ever hurricane/tropical storm tomorrow night here in North Central Florida, and I’m going to be quite bummed if we’re without power and I can’t stream any games in MN. However, to distract myself I am excited to bring to our lovely readers another edition of our weekly feature highlighting our Top-25 performances from last weekend’s contests, and we got some doozy’s for you today. From single-game school records set, 7 TD games, 6 TD rushing performances, three INTs, and multi-phase, multi-TD games highlight some of the best from this week’s Top-25. Enjoy!
