Bunderson is a big time defensive back prospect with elite cover skills, fluid hips in transition and is a natural peddler in space before breaking on the ball. He is a versatile corner that can play press coverage with active hands and disciplined eyes, while also able to play off and make tackles in the open field. Bunderson has a lot of playing experience, and continues to cover opposing teams best outside guys and is very consistent. He is a no brainer D-III+ player and checks in as a top player in our 2024 rankings and is a two way star.

Bunderson has had a monster offseason as he gets ready for the year. He has really improved his body adding solid weight to go with his impressive speed. He has improved in his route running ability where he now is one of the more elite players in the state when it comes to creating separation from defensive backs. He has natural pass catching hands that allow him to make plays all over the field and win 50/50 ball over players who are much bigger than him. He has exceptional quickness in and out of his breaks where he can stop and cut on a dime. He is an impact player in the slot where he gets matched up against linebacker and safeties where he uses his advanced tool bag to win on reps consistently. He is a player who should be a top many defensive coordinators scouting reports this season.

Bunderson plays on the outside for meridian but it built more like a slot receiver with the ability to really get in and out of his break to go along with an elite feel for spacing and route running. He has a variety of tools in his tool belt that allows him to setup defenders with a variety of moves at the line of scrimmage and in his route stem. Has a quick burst out of his break that allows him to separate from defenders and create run after the catch opportunities. Has solid pass catching hands but also has a unique ability to determine when to use his body to shield off defenders. Can go up and win 50/50 balls and is always competing. A willing blocker who runs his feet on contact and is not afraid to block linebackers and safeties in the run scheme. Should be setup for a big senior year and will be one of the highlights of the Meridian offense this season.
