Duvall is one of the top two-way guys across the state of California and is a long and rangy athlete with elite athleticism, long speed and a huge catch radius downfield. He is comfortable playing both wide receiver and defensive back, and is a very fluid athlete with outstanding natural instincts and initial explosion with the ball in his hands. A truly elite level safety for Clovis East, he has racked up 11 offers over the past year or so, and remains committed to Fresno State, a pledge he gave in early August.
Duvall had a very impressive Week 8 outing against Clovis where he racked up 161 yards receiving and a score, while adding another score on a kick return in a big time win over one of the top teams in the Central Section.

Clovis East two-way star Harold Duvall Harold Duvall 6'3" | 185 lbs | ATH Clovis East | 2025 State CA announced his commitment to Fresno State on Saturday.
Duvall had a monster junior season with 976 yards receiving on just 31 catches with 13 touchdowns. Defensively, Duvall had 57 tackles and three interceptions.
He had 10 other offers including Colorado State, Arizona and Washington.
Duvall is the eighth player from California in Fresno State’s 2025 recruiting class.

Duvall has elite length and long speed for both sides of the ball, and has seen his recruitment really start to pick up over the last few months, and should see more offers roll in through this Spring evaluation period. Currently, he has seven offers from Colorado State, Fresno State, Montana State, Sac State, SDSU, SJSU and Washington State. On film, he shows elite ball skills, tracking abilities and can make contested catches downfield while a true deep threat and is a very smooth overall athlete. Look for Duvall to be one of the more sought after Central Valley prospects over the next nine months, and should be in line for a huge Senior season.

Duvall is a very interesting prospect due to his length and position versatility, and should have a monster Senior season for Clovis East. He has been offered by Montana State, Washington State, Colorado State and Fresno State, and should have most of the Big Sky and MWC by the time his career comes to a close. With over 1,300 all-purpose yards in 2023, he will return as one of the best in the valley on both sides of the ball.

Duvall picked up his first offer from the hometown Dogs, and it should not take too long until other MWC suitors come his way as well. He is a dynamic and explosive playmaker that can make splash plays out of nothing and has plus ball skills, tracking and runs tough for his size in open space.
