Expert Analysis
Amal Scott | Prep Redzone Scout
Justin runs smooth routes, has soft hands and and a large catch radius. He can make catches over the middle or on the boundary, and can get to the YAC quickly if not gang tackled. He has good size and knows how to find soft spots in zone coverage. Definitely a player to watch this spring.

Film Review Notes: Appears to be a transformed QB to the WR position. He has good length in his arms and legs. Gets decent separation on go routes. Has very good catching ability and range. Curious to see if he is wanted more as a Tight-end or WR at the next level. He earned all NEPSAC recognition for his performance during the 2024 season. He will be added to our c/o 2026 rankings during the next update period.

Is 6’2″ 215lbs quarterback and attends Wethersfield High School in Connecticut. He also was positioned as a OLB and defensive end for his team.
rn”Ocasio” will be a sophomore in 2023. What I know is he has a very strong arm and will be a name to know moving forward. In viewing his film, one can see his arm strength is going to be a weapon he utilizes to hurt opponents as he continued to develop. He knows when to step up into the pocket when feeling pressure. Has speed and dangerous legs that can burn a defender if not contained. He is patient in his throws and does really well with his progressions. He has a nice release and ball placement in his throws appear to be good. His footwork and throwing mechanics appear solid. Has good accuracy when throwing on the run.
He is also a basketball player on his school Varsity team as a freshman.
