Quintin Pfautz Quintin Pfautz 6'3" | 210 lbs | LB Ephrata | 2024 State PA is a talented off-the-ball linebacker. He is a tackling machine from his linebacker position. He is really good against the run and cleans up everything inside between the tackles. He shows good sideline-to-sideline running ability and makes plays all over the field. Pfautz shows good ability as a pass defender as well. Pfautz recently got an offer from Clarion University and he has several other offers as well. Pfautz will have some good choices to pick from.

Quintin Pfautz Quintin Pfautz 6'3" | 210 lbs | LB Ephrata | 2024 State PA is finally getting the recognition he deserves, the young man is an FCS possibly FBS level talent who deserves some respect. As we have stated before his injury ridden Junior season still was enough for him to earn All-state honors. An already elite linebacker and a blossoming tight end Pfautz has many options and I believe he can play a multitude of positions at the next level.  When he earned Linebacker MVP for our PA Showcase in April here is what I wrote:

The MVP went to one of the few local products that was in attendance Ephrata Mountaineers Class of 2024  Quintin Pfautz Quintin Pfautz 6'3" | 210 lbs | LB Ephrata | 2024 State PA  . This rising senior was impressive in every area from his 40 to the one on one drills, this kid was a star on Saturday. Pfautz is somewhat of a late bloomer as he missed half of his Junior season due to injury, but when I tell you do not sleep on him this fall, believe me that is a fact. Drawing interest from many division 2 and FCS schools already, all of the coaches were singing his praises once the event was finished.  Possessing great size, length, strength and speed this young man can play multiple positions at the next level. If Saturday was any indication, he is more than willing to do whatever it takes to help his squad succeed.

Pfautz is the type of kid you can build around, as he has shown his leadership qualities both on the field and in the classroom. I expect by the end of his 2023 campaign for him to receive several FCS level offers.

The senior linebacker now finds himself as among a group of the state’s best unoffered prospects. Again, much like many listed above, Pfautz securing opportunities to play at the next level will come, just a matter of what level, what fit is best, and when? I don’t have those answers, yet Pfautz is making sure as many coaches catch wind of his game as possible.

The MVP of the Linebackers did not disappoint as he had himself an excellent afternoon. Pfautz had all of the coaches on hand buzzing with his performance in the 1 on 1 drills as both a linebacker and edge rusher, this kid was a stud! With his GPA (4.0), work ethic and playmaking ability, it is no surprise to see FCS schools starting to pine for his services. He is the type of kid you can build your team around and he will not disappoint. Just needs an opportunity and with his showing at our showcase, I have a good feeling offers are coming soon.
