Interest this summer from Bryant, UCONN, Buffalo, and Syracuse and Bowling Green had Precious Ekeh Precious Ekeh 6'4" | 285 lbs | OL Canarsie | 2023 State NY on our radar before the season even kicked off. With the opportunity to see him a couple times this season it is easy to see that Ekeh has a place at the next level. He is such an incredible blocker in space or as a lead blocker as a puller. Ekeh has really intriguing size as an interior offensive lineman at 6-4, 290lbs. Ekeh does not have the ideal weight you think of when you picture a guard at the next level but Ekeh is not lacking strength. I think that at the next level Ekeh could be subject to a position change across the line of scrimmage which should come with little to no issue with how refined Ekeh’s fundamentals already are.

Ekeh has a really natural athleticism which helps him stand out on the field and I think with the right coaching at the next level a team could really use that athleticism to a strong advantage across their offensive line. Ekeh has potential and his recruitment while be one of the most intriguing to watch as we get to the end of this recruiting cycle.

Precious Ekeh Precious Ekeh 6'4" | 285 lbs | OL Canarsie | 2023 State NY was one of the best lineman in the PSAL this season. Ekeh has a division I build for a lineman and he has really good power. Ekeh moves well in space and does a great job connecting with defenders at the second level. I saw Ekeh a few times this season and was impressed with his performance. He was one of the only lineman in the PSAL who could put up a fight against an incredible Erasmus Hall defensive line. Ekeh is a little raw with his fundamentals but his power and finishing ability contributed to having one of the best years for a lineman in New York. Ekeh projects a little as a project at the next level but easily could develop into a strong well-rounded FBS offensive lineman.

Precious Ekeh Precious Ekeh 6'4" | 285 lbs | OL Canarsie | 2023 State NY is one of the most dominant big guys in the entire city. After playing last season for Elmont he will play his final high school year for Canarsie in Brooklyn. This move will potentially get some new recruiting eyes on Ekeh. He already holds some offers from northeast programs such as Syracuse, Buffalo, and UCONN. Ekeh definitely projects as an offensive lineman at the next level although he has had success on both sides of the ball. His ceiling as a blocker is really high and his strength is evident in the film. Ekeh is a mauler and easily one of the most effective lineman in New York City. Ekeh also moves really well for a lineman. He routinely showed on film he can work extremely well in open space. Ekeh has the skills to garner some more attention from division I schools. With an offer from the ACC already I think that Ekeh might find some more interest from that conference with a strong senior season.
