The critical part of the off season is upon us in Central Ohio. Every prospect hoping to play big time football will have to work hard this off season to get noticed. I will detail five rising Juniors who right now are under the radar in Central Ohio.

Jake Nier QB (2024) - Jake is only a sophomore and is part of a 2024 dynamic offensive duo for Big Walnut. He is going to be a stud in Central Ohio and command a lot of attention. Strong armed and athletic. Can make a variety of throws deep and intermediate. He throws with timing and has a quick release. He makes plays with his legs and can score when he pulls the ball down and runs. Keep a serious eye on him all year long.

[player_tooltip player_id="284816" first="Brendan" last="Keener"], OL (2024) - Brendan is an outstanding OL who comes off the ball with loads of aggression. Plays in a run oriented offense and really gets after it. He does a good job of moving defenders backward and gets to the LB’s quickly. He is a force on the inside and can pull and trap well. Dip, rips and runs well laterally and covers up defenders. Keep a good eye on his progression as he gets bigger.

Trey Robinson RB/DB (2024) - Stud of a football player on both sides of the ball. Very athletic and electric with the ball in his hands with good wiggle. He is plays a variety of DB positions and possesses great technique with playmaking ability. Was really impressed with his tenacity as a tackler. Smaller frame right now but hits much bigger and is aggressive.
