Gentry has established himself as a steady pocket quarterback who has shown excellent command of the passing game this season. His ability to protect the football has stood out, with Gentry throwing just one interception while completing 49 of 84 attempts for 664 yards and 11 touchdowns. He operates effectively in the short to intermediate passing game, showing the accuracy and decision making needed to consistently move the offense down the field. He is an edge rusher who has recorded 26 total tackles, 12.5 tackles for loss, nine sacks and four forced fumbles on the season. His production shows his ability to attack the backfield and disrupt the rhythm of an offense from the edge. Herrera's sack production puts constant pressure on opposing quarterbacks, while his ability to force turnovers gives his defense opportunities to immediately change the momentum of a game. His combination of quickness, physicality and disruption makes him a legitimate game wrecker and a small school defender that scouts should have firmly on their radar.
