Crestwood was faced with heading out on the road for New Hampton’s homecoming on Friday. It turned out to be a challenge the Cadets welcomed as evidenced by their 35-0 victory. Loden led the way for the winners. The senior signal caller threw for 175 yards and two touchdowns, and picked up 111 yards and a score on the ground. Loden’s junior highlight video begins with him hitting a couple of deep throws. There’s arm strength and accuracy when stretching the field. Loden is a good athlete that moves well behind center, extending plays with his legs or picking up real estate when the field opens up. A projectable frame with agility provides him with a path to continued development at quarterback or sliding to another position at the next level.
