A one man wrecking crew on his Bobcats offense, Turner did just about everything on the field this season as he produced almost 2,000 yards of total offense himself as well as 29 offensive touchdowns on the year. His play this year was extremely important for the Bobcats as they won their region then went on a deep run through the playoffs. Turner is a versatile athlete that could develop at running back or receiver in college or even move over to defense and excel on that side of the ball as well. This is a “ball player” that simply knows how to play the game and produce at a high level. Turner has yet to commit, so his abilities are still out there for the taking.

Turner has been on another level of late and that’s saying something because this Mid-Tennessee talent has had a stellar senior year that has boosted his recruiting stock tremendously while being that “guy” to lead his Bobcats team to the Semifinals in the 3A playoffs. A versatile athlete with a gamer mentality, Turner is one of the biggest hidden gems we have in the #TN2024 class. The Bobcats senior has played a ton of ball for Giles Co. but he may not be playing any better than he is right now. His ability to produce yards and score from anywhere on the field is a problem for opposing defenses and he will definitely be a key to stop for Alcoa this Friday. Maybe if Turner can continue playing at a high level while leading his Bobcats to the 3A title game, his stock may rise even further!

Even though Giles Co. has started their season at 1-2, it hasn’t been the lack of play from Turner as he has been outstanding, the best player on the Bobcats team and still a sleeper to contend for Class 3A Mr. Football. He has been that dynamic so far as the Mid-TN talent has put up big numbers through the air at receiver while also producing big runs from the backfield. What Turner brings to the football field is a high level of versatility along with excellent football intelligence. He plays a consistent brand of football while sporting a great feel for the game. The Bobcats senior is a bit undersized in height but trust me, this guy can play as he brings more than just talent to your football team but Turner also brings character, hard work and dedication to the sport that every coach loves.
