Chantilly seems to be using his talents in a number of ways offensively and that makes a lot of sense. Throwing for at least two scores in the Strivers win, Brooks seems to be getting more comfortable with the offense. Alex Mahmood is dicing up secondaries at quarterback and he has a plethora of new targets including freshmen [player_tooltip player_id='2389195' first='Marcellis' last='Gomez']. This kid can fly and he already has 3 touchdowns and over 200 receiving yards through two weeks. He is emerging as Mahmood's favorite target along with a few more underclassmen. His stat line doesn't necessarily show it but he made some key plays against Sidwell to secure the win. He has been awesome out of the gate and is trending for a stock bump in his ranking. Defensively he is a stellar corner/hybrid safety and is an excellent tackler. At running back is where he can hit you the most with his breakaway speed and downhill vision. He had another monster outing with 1 receiving touchdown and an interception against Eastern View. Donnelly sees the field so well it is going to be tough for any offense to get behind him.
