He sees things develop in front of him, finds the hole, and hits it without wasting much time. You can tell he's a weight room guy, and that strength shows up in how well he absorbs contact and breaks tackles. He had a big night on Friday, carrying it 18 times for 163 yards and 2 TDs. I like how consistent he is as a runner. He runs with good pad level, sticks his foot in the ground, and gets north/south without dancing around in the backfield. He averaged just under 14 yards per carry on Friday, putting up 138 yards and 2 TDs on the ground. I like how quickly he sees the lane and gets through it, especially for a back with his size. He's more of a short-yardage, power back who runs with strength, breaks tackles, and finds a way to keep moving through contact. He's not trying to dance around and make every guy miss. He gets downhill, takes what's there, and makes defenders bring him down. He was a workhorse for them, finishing with 191 yards and 3 TDs on the ground. I like what I've seen from him through the first few weeks, and he looks more comfortable with each game. He had a big game on Friday, putting up 171 yards and 2 TDs on the ground and ripping off big runs throughout the night. I also like the way he carries himself and the confidence he plays with.
