He is a machine at quarterback. He has excellent mechanics and footwork. The other big part of his game is his arm. He has a strong arm. You really see it in his film when he throws deep out routes. He can really throw that ball hard and on time. He also shows accuracy. He can throw an accurate ball. Finally, his ability to make fakes, read RPO plays, and throw the ball is next-level good. He is an excellent athlete who can run at a high level. He is a classic dual-threat quarterback. He can run with his feet and throw the ball. He is equally as good running the ball when the play breaks down as when it is a designed run. He also does an excellent job of throwing on the run. Running sprint-out passing plays for him is very successful. He is also good at playing fakes by faking a run and either throwing the ball or running. In the pocket, he shows solid mechanics and throws the ball with good accuracy. He can make plays with his feet and throw the ball on the run well. He is a good athlete who makes plays with his feet and his arm. He does a good job of evading sacks. He has strong legs and does a nice job of breaking tackles. He then keeps his eyes downfield, throwing the ball when plays break down. Crouse also does a consistent job setting his feet and throwing the ball. He has a good deep ball and puts the perfect amount of air on the ball. The last part about his running is that he is good at designed read plays. He must read a defender and either hand off or run with it. He excels at pulling it and running well.
