Mann is a quarterback whose opportunity may not arrive immediately, but his film suggests he has the tools to make the most of it when his number is called. His arm talent stands out early on film, as he generates impressive velocity and can challenge defenses at every level of the field. The football comes out cleanly and with purpose, allowing him to fit throws into tight windows while maintaining accuracy. One of the more impressive aspects of his game is his toughness in the pocket. Mann is willing to stand tall against pressure, absorb contact and still deliver an accurate football. His ability to remain composed under duress is a trait coaches value highly at the quarterback position. He also shows strong touch on vertical throws, dropping passes in where only his receivers can come down with it. On shorter routes, he shows good ball placement and understands how to take pace off his throws, creating opportunities for receivers to get YAC. As he continues to develop and gains an opportunity to take command of an offense, Mann has all the ingredients to become a rising name in recruiting circles and a quarterback worth following closely.
