He has a good upfield burst off the line of scrimmage and the ability to pursue from the backside in run situations, demonstrating a very good motor that allows him to cover the field sideline to sideline. Archer displays good bend, quick footwork, proper hand placement, hand strength, and lower body power, all of which help him gain leverage to read, shed, and defeat his opponents, leading to consistent plays in the backfield. He also demonstrates strong read-and-react skills as a linebacker, quickly attacking the football. Additionally, he shows good change of direction and lateral agility in coverage.”
