Missouri 2027 Tight End Class Rankings Headlined By Five

The Class of 2027 rankings overhaul continues today with a group of tight ends that have proven it on the field through their junior seasons. We have big, long, and certainly athletic body types that play multiple positions or present big time position versatility for the position group at the next level. Has an excellent combination of size, length and athletic ability. Ball skills are top class. He is physical as can be, big time blocker, brings the wood at the point of contact. Just as much of an animal on defense playing edge and outside backer - levels defenders. Gets his hands up in passing lanes batting balls and blocked a kick. Can cover serious ground in the open field running with the ball or chasing down the ball in pursuit. Very unique prospect that could easily play on either side of the ball at the next level, hands down one of the top big athletes in the nation. Made the call to stay in state over the other 35+ offers. Legitimate ZOU animal.     Sibbing is a two sport athlete with a hoops background, 4.1 GPA, and strong strength numbers. He lines up at WR/F-TE. Short on production in 2025 but puts very good flashes on tape. There's good hands at the catch point, physicality in the blocking game, drives opponents off the ball, plays with great effort and good lateral agility. Shows up on special teams with great size. Checked in last camp season at 6035 220 with a 5.00x40. Has flashes on tape that signify potential Division I tight end. Currently Sibbing has offers in multiple divisions across the board.     Haymes is a two-sport athlete with a hoops background and 3.7 GPA. Between the white lines, a two way player aligned at Y-TE and DE. He displays quick hands at the catch point moves well in-route and extends for the catch away from the frame. Haymes as great size and combines that with big athlete mobility. With no blocking clips on his tape, it would be easy to assume that is a capability given his measurables, but that will be something coaches and scouts at the next level will look for during camp season. He flashes the capability in the passing game and that gets him Division I looks. He has one DI offer in the pocket.     Chapo has a great looking frame at an estimated 6040 220, and holds a 3.5 GPA. At the catch point, his natural hands stand out and catches the ball away from his body. He can be a mismatch guy over the middle, has long speed when he breaks free, and gives great effort as a blocker. With his length and frame, can be a good pass catching-blocking combo tight end at the Y. Coaches and scouts will love his effort and should garner Division I looks at least at the FCS level moving forward through camp season into the fall. He currently has a Division II in the pocket.     Hutchins is a two-way player aligned at the Y-TE and H-Back on offense and with his hand down in the interior on the defensive line. He appears to possess a solid frame and has some strength to him. At the point of contact, he delivers power into the opposition, and quite strong on the defensive interior. Overall the physicality he plays with is his calling card. With little offensive production in his junior year, 2026 will be big, and camp season will be even bigger. His combination of physical and athletic traits lends position versatility at the next level.
