There was a massive turnout at Battle Ground Academy on Sunday afternoon as an assortment of talented middle school prospects from around the Nashville area and beyond gathered for the Tennessee Future Stars tryouts. After catching all of the action, it's time to break down some intriguing 7th graders that made the most of their reps. Without any further ado, here's my list of the top 2031 standouts.

In the first place spot on my list is [player_tooltip player_id='2121966' first='Skylar' last='Ginn'], a quarterback at Pope John Paul II. Ginn made the most of his reps on Sunday afternoon, throwing for a number of impressive passes. I really like Ginn's arm strength and ability to quickly scan the backfield for his receiver. This rising signal caller out of the Hendersonville area is worth keeping an eye on as he continues to get better.

I was additionally impressed with [player_tooltip player_id='1326140' first='Titus' last='Holloway'], an athlete at Oakland Middle School. Holloway made his presence known during positional drills, standing out at receiver. Holloway was quick, explosive, and proved his ability to elevate off the ground to get to the ball. This rising talent out of the Murfreesboro area is worth keeping an eye on as he continues to develop.

Claiming the number three spot on my list is [player_tooltip player_id='2111934' first='Jaxon' last='McCoy'], a defensive back for Brentwood Academy. McCoy was one of the more explosive prospects to showcase his talent on Sunday. What I like about McCoy is his ability to execute every rep with efficiency. On top of his ability to test really well, McCoy made a number of great plays during positional competition.

Another prospect to catch my attention yesterday was [player_tooltip player_id='1695374' first='Charles' last='Booker'], a running back at Oakland Middle School. Booker caught my attention during positional drills, making a number of impressive catches down the stretch during receiver drills. This rising talent out of the Murfreesboro area was fast and efficient on all of his reps.

I also really liked what I saw from [player_tooltip player_id='1590892' first='Elijah' last='Lansden'], a linebacker at Liberty Creek Middle School. Lansden was locked in from start to finish on Sunday, impressing me with his effort and execution on every single rep. On top of great size and speed off the whistle, Lansden proved his ability to make a number of impressive catches throughout the afternoon.

Also worth mentioning is [player_tooltip player_id='2117967' first='Ty' last='Terfehr'], a wide receiver at Sunset Middle School. Terfehr impressed me down the stretch on Sunday afternoon, hauling in several impressive passes. This rising talent out of the Middle Tennessee area is developing quite nicely, showcasing excellent speed and strong ball skills when I've seen him play.

Another player to catch my eye was Jayden Rogers, an athlete that impressed during both the testing period as well as in positional drills. This rising talent had one of the more impressive broad jumps at the camp and was locked in during linemen drills.
