It was a perfect day in Oklahoma for the Prep Redzone 7-on-7 tournament, and the 15U division did not disappoint. Teams from across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri brought a high level of competition, and there was no shortage of talent on display throughout the day in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

This will be a two-part series highlighting some of the standout performers we saw on April 11th at the PRZ Oklahoma Open - Let's dive in.

[player_tooltip player_id='1573111' first='Joseph' last='Williams'] - WR/Safety 2029 - Sooner 7 - OK

One of the better overall athletes we put our eyes on in the 15U bracket where he made several highlight plays throughout the day on both sides of the ball. Joseph is a good-looking, athletic athlete who plays safety and wide receiver for a talented Sooner 7 team. He shows he has great hands and can create separation with his route running. Joseph made several spectacular plays where he showed us his body control and how well he tracks the ball at wide receiver and safety. We really enjoyed watching him compete and he is going to be someone to keep an eye out for this next season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1834800' first='Graham' last='McIlvoy'] - TE 2029 - C4 - OK

Sean Cooper, founder of C4 Performance, spoke very highly of this young man and Graham didn't disappoint on the day. Graham has a big frame and moves well out on the field. He just understands how to get open and make the catches that come his way. He has really good hands and works the middle of the field as Graham is a big target to get the ball to. He does a good job shielding off the defender between him and the ball. Over the last several tournaments that I have been to, Graham is one of the better TE prospects that I have watched compete in all divisions combined.

[player_tooltip player_id='2124514' first='Austin' last='Eshelman'] - WR/N 2029 - Gameday Elite - OK

Gameday Elite has several players that caught my eye but one player who stood out from the beginning was Austin. He plays wide receiver and nickel back and is in the class of 2029. On the defensive side of the ball, Austin plays good technique and breaks on the ball when it comes out of the quarterbacks hand. Out at wide receiver, he is a playmaker that understands spacing and getting open for his quarterback. He shows good body control and a reliable receiver that made several plays for Gameday Elite on the day.

Maddox Rowlett - WR/DB 2029 - GC7 - AR

GC7 ended up winning the tournament in the 15U division and Maddox was one of their standout players during the day. Maddox plays wide receiver and was a defensive back that made several plays on both sides of the ball. He really stood out to me on the offensive side of the ball and showed he understands finding open windows. Maddox creates space with his route running abilities and showed off reliable hands for GC7. At defensive back, Maddox breaks on the ball with a good back pedal and competes for the ball when it is in the air.

[player_tooltip player_id='2142245' first='Westin' last='Samson'] - WR 2028 - Southwest 7 Stick Em - MO

Southwest 7 was a team that played in the championship game against GC7 who has several standout players. One of the standout players was [player_tooltip player_id='2142245' first='Westin' last='Samson'] who is in the class of 2028 and played outside wide receiver. Samson and his quarterback were in sync and were on the same page with timing. Samson has strong hands and catches the ball with his hands away from his body. He has a good catch radius which helps him catch the ball outside his frame and runs good precision routes.

Je'caryous Frost - WR/DB 2029 - C4 - OK

Here is another player for C4 Performance who stood out on the day out of the class of 2029. Je'caryous played wide receiver and defensive back and is a good athlete. He understands how to get open and uses double moves to create the separation. He has good hands and made several catches where he went low to finish the catch. Je'caryous worked several spots on the field and understands his spacing in finding open windows to help the quarterback get him the ball.
