He has very good athletic ability due to elite speed, very good acceleration, change of direction, and good jumping. Explosive at the LOS, with very good release against both press jam and off coverage. Uses his quick feet to get separation. Very good separation quickness. Bailey fights through contact during the route, uses his speed to outrun them, or finds voids in the zone to exploit. Very good ball tracking and catching. Very good body control and adjustment. Keeps both feet in on sideline catches. After the catch, he glides through the defense and into the endzone. He's gained a lot of traction on the college circuit especially from P4 teams.
