Markell is an aggressive and physical right tackle who plays with a clear edge from the moment the ball is snapped. He comes off the line with intent and consistently looks to set the tone early in reps, often attacking defenders with the mindset to finish and overwhelm. His ability to generate movement in the run game stands out as he is not satisfied with just sealing a block but instead works to drive defenders into the ground and create clear running lanes.
