Schoenfelder is a DB/QB who saw time starting in both roles last season. He also made a serious splash at the PRZ Stock Up Showcase in December. His sophomore tape is through and exciting. His athleticism is on full display throughout it. Schoenfelder plays in that power-t offense, and because of that, he's able to properly utilize his legs to gash defenses. He possesses the speed to pull away from the wash for big gains and does a stellar job of carrying out his fakes. He runs hard, often proving difficult to bring down, especially for just one defender. He's not afraid to take a big hit if it means gaining a few extra yards, either. On defense, Schoenfelder is a safety who can erase deep routes. He's got great ball instincts and does a great job of contesting passes at the catch point. His vert also impressed me. Schoenfelder should play a massive role for Cannon Falls next season.

Kyyra was the Bombers' leader in rushing yards and rushing TDs last year, finishing the season with 669 rushing yards and 5 rushing TDs while averaging a great 7.7 ypc in just 8 games. When he's carrying the rock, Kyyra is a threatening dive back who can take carries between the tackles and turn them into big gains downfield. He is the epitome of a grinder, constantly working and churning his feet to pick up extra yards whenever possible. I love how patient he can be. When the hole hasn't yet developed, Kyyra does a great job of bouncing to the nearest run lane and gets north/south instantly. He also saw time on defense as a linebacker, where he recorded 23 total tackles. On his defensive tape, Kyrra showcases a relentless motor. He does a great job of preventing blockers from sealing the edge and provides a legit threat when rushing the QB. The sky looks to be the limit for this sophomore prospect.

A UNIT of a sophomore, Sjoquist, turned heads at the Stock Up Showcase in December with his impressive frame and repeated success during the 1v1 portion of the camp. Last season, he brought down 22 total tackles and 2 TFLs in 7 games, and put forth some very encouraging tape. Sjoquist is surprisingly quick off the ball, especially for his size. Often, younger prospects with big frames struggle to move explosively, but that doesn't seem to be an issue for Sjoquist. He fires through the offensive line like a missile, and if QB pressures were recorded, Sjoquist would load the stat sheet. He's powerful enough to bull-rush an offensive lineman straight into the QB/RB, and completely wreck the play. He's a tough kid to lock onto as well, which means he's often able to play freely down the LOS. Big things look to be in the future for this 2028 prospect.

Swanson spent time as both a QB and a DB last season, filling in wherever he was needed. He stood out especially on defense, finding 14 total tackles in 5 games. He doesn't have a ton of film, and what he does have is as a QB. On that tape, Swanson looks to be a plenty mobile athlete who can throw on the run when needed. He doesn't panic with a defender in his face and manages to get the ball out under pressure. The tape left me wanting to see more. Swanson's athleticism and experience should be a valuable asset for the Bombers in 2026

Touting a 3.9 GPA, Montgomery played a vital role for the Bombers last season on both sides of the ball. On offense, he rushed for 301 yards and tied the team high 5 rushing TDs, while averaging a stunning 9.4 ypc. On defense, he brought down 19 total tackles in 6 games as a corner. His junior tape impressed me. Montgomery possesses solid speed, and once he's able to get outside, he can rip off runs for massive gains. It's not just speed; however, he also has a bag of tricks he can deploy to lose defenders. He was equally impressive on his defensive tape. Montgomery provides tight-man coverage as a corner and does a great job of disrupting the catch. He jumps routes at the opportune time and doesn't give wideouts any space downfield. Montgomery is a super underrated 2027 athlete who could be a steal for a program looking to bolster their team on either side of the ball.

A lanky DB who brought down 15 tackles in just 7 games, Olson is a corner who showcased impressive pursuit and effort throughout his junior tape. Olson will hawk down receivers from across the field and often make a drive-saving tackle. When he's targeted, Olson does a good job of being physical with the wideout and tackling low. His recovery also really impressed me, even if a wideout can create seperatation Olson catches up to them quickly. He's constantly making plays on balls deep downfield, too. His physicality lends itself well to the run game as well, as Olson can crash down and make plays in the box against run-dominant offenses. A returning starter with his size should be a welcome presence on the Bombers' defense in 2026.

Another UNIT of a prospect hailing from Cannon Falls, Shepersky did it all last season as an RB/LB for the Bombers. He tallied 486 rushing yards and 1 TD while averaging a solid 5.7 ypc on offense, and totaled 33 tackles on defense, which helped earn him All-District honors. This kid is a menace on defense. When blitzing, he comes screaming through the LOS, making all sorts of plays in the backfield. At the same time, he's incredibly disciplined and sniffs out trick plays. Shepersky can make plays from alley to alley and doesn't get caught up in the wash when making tackles on the edge. He plays hard downhill, and he tackles low despite his impressive frame. His speed and quickness for a prospect of his size are also eye-catching. Sherpsky is going to be someone to watch in 2026/

Another do-it-all prospect for the Bombers, Peterson made an insane two-way impact last season. On offense, he rushed for 321 yards and 2 TDs with a solid 5.1 ypc average. On defense, he balled out, amassing 47 total tackles, 5 TFLs, 3.0 sacks, and a fumble recovery. On offense, Peterson is a hard-nosed ball carrier who fights tooth and nail for every yard, but he especially shines on defense. He's got a great first step when the play starts, and screams downhill as soon as he sniffs that it's a run play. He's super quick and doesn't get caught up by lead blockers or offensive linemen. Peterson tackles low and has all the markers to be a major player for Cannon Falls again next season. I'm excited to see the tape he produces from his senior campaign.
