About Gabriel

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I always focus on the play ahead, I play aggressive, I prioritize keeping the ball on the inside of the field & locking down the zone coverage, stopping the play as quick as possible. I love to blitz.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I like to lead by example & set an example of what the tempo of the defensive should look like. I will do anything to achieve a goal, I also like to lift my teammates up when they mess up or when they make a big play. I love this game & making it in a big school has always been my dream as a kid.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I work with my team every week in the park football strength & conditioning program, I also run track for park & I lift on my own time. I have 1 academic award from my sophomore year.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed a sense of leadership over the years I’ve been at park, I always encourage my teammates to go %110 weather in game, in practice or in the weight room. I never talk down on my teammates. I help bag groceries with my team to help out our community.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Trying to gain my goal weight over the offseason has been a challenge especially because I’ve been injured, but got surgery. Trying to make a name for myself out on the football field, showing what I can do with challenges and obstacles in the way.

What type of college are you looking for?

A University that can make me better both mentally & physically as a football player, but with coaches & teammates I can get along with easily to make better chem within the team & be like family.
