is a solid receiving tight end for Northridge who flashes good hands in traffic, high-points the ball and wins one-on-one battles. Nusbaum finishes forward on contact, and as a run blocker he flashes strength to be able to latch onto defenders and drive them off the ball. Nusbaum has a 6-foot-3, 190 pound frame with plenty of room to add bulk and get stronger over the next two seasons.

Nusbaum jumped onto the scene at the Stock Up Showcase this past winter and has continued to improve and look the part. He’s a fairly good athlete who is much smoother than defenses would expect. He’s got soft hands and can break tackles after the catch. He has experience on the defensive side of the ball, which always helps in how you see the field as an offensive player. He strikes me as someone smart who learns quickly, and could very well be an absolute steal when everything is said and done for the 2028 class.

is a starting tight end for Northridge High School. Tall, strong and tough, he flashes soft hands in space and has ability to get yards after the catch and run through contact. Nusbaum also has a history of playing outside linebacker which is where his positional fit might be in college. Small school, high-academic prospect who flashes upside as a class of 2028 recruit.

Nusbaum is a versatile athlete who can move all over the field and be effective. He’s got long arms and gets in and out of his breaks well, which is ideal for a guy with his frame. He’s able to make tough grabs over the middle and look the ball in. He’s got good reflexes that help him in both the passing and running games. He’s strong enough to block, but strikes me as a guy you want to use as a weapon because of his versatility.
