2027 Fayette Ware (TN) QB Justin Price is a difficult player to fully appreciate in a camp setting because so much of what makes him effective shows up when the game is live. One of the top athletes in attendance, Price brings a level of speed that immediately stands out and forces defenses to account for him as a runner. His mechanics as a passer are still developing, but he showed flashes of the traits that have made him successful in an RPO-heavy offense. Price throws well in the short and intermediate game, getting the ball out with pace to challenge defenders and keep an offense moving. While some quarterbacks are built for showcase environments, Price’s strengths are tied more closely to what happens on Friday nights. Give him an offense that embraces his athleticism and ability to create with his legs, and there is plenty to work with as a quarterback prospect.
