Hochbaum plays with confidence, delivers the ball on time, and pushes the ball vertically with ease.</p>

<p><strong>Carson Powell | North Mac</strong><br>Powell has quietly put together a strong season with over 1,200 yards through the air. He's efficient, decisive, and does a nice job taking what the defense gives him. Powell's poise at the line of scrimmage is impressive for his age.</p>
