McNeal brings a physical edge to the position with the versatility to impact the game on both sides of the ball. As a runner, he shows strong contact balance and a downhill mentality, lowering his shoulder and finishing through defenders. His long stride allows him to build speed and chew up yardage quickly.

He’s runs with conviction and gets north and south without hesitation. There’s power in his game, but also enough burst to break into the open field. He consistently falls forward and adds hidden yardage.
