Indiana Freshman Making Defensive Statements

He's been heavily involved on offense as well as the defensive side. Offensively, he's a powerful back who is hard to bring down. He's averaging over 8.8 yards per carry with 70 carries. He has 615 yards and 7 TDs. He then has 53 tackles, 10 TFLs, 3 sacks, and 3 forced fumbles defensively. He's got a decent build for a younger recruit who can still fill it out and grow. He's a decent athlete and has a nice feel for things at the 2nd level. He's got the athletic ability to have success outside and can come play the run. He's not handsy outside and doesn't get caught holding. I like his confidence out there as well, which is always needed. He's had a good freshman year upfront and helped bring extra swagger to the line. He's a big body but fairly nimble for his size. He can get off blocks and blow things up in the backfield. He'll clog gaps and play the run. He's picked up that production, his confidence is at an all-time high, and he looks really good. He's flying to the ball down after down. He sees things as they develop and shuts them down. He has 58 tackles, 2 TFLs, 2 PBUs, and 2 interceptions.
