I’m very excited for what Parker could do this summer. The 5’11” and now 280 lbs DT is coming off a junior season where he collected 17 tackles, 3 TFLs, and a sack for Greendale. He is also a three sport athlete participating in track and wrestling alongside football. When I turn on the tape I see that wrestling experience shining through. A big man who uses leverage well, plays with strong hands to create and keep separation, and has the overall strength to control the LOS and shed linemen. The summer camp circuit should be the perfect stage for him to rep out wins that highlight his best traits. I won’t be surprised to see Parker climb our rankings during our post-camp season update.
