Saucedo has been one of the most explosive running backs in the 1A division, piling up 745 rushing yards and six touchdowns. His speed in the open field is a difference maker, with him having an explosive 72 yard run, where he left defenders in the dust. What sets Saucedo apart is his ability to make the first defender miss and turn routine carries into big plays. His vision allows him to find running lanes and once he hits the second level, he’s nearly impossible to catch. As the season progresses, Saucedo will remain a major problem for opposing defenses and a standout to track.
