After his older brother Brody graduated last season, Brooks Weber Brooks Weber 6'0" | 170 lbs | QB/DB Mid-Prairie | 2027 IA inherited the starting QB job at Mid-Prairie, where he immediately thrived as a first-year starter. Weber threw for 1973 yards, 30 TDs, and 9 INTs as he guided the team to a 9-2 record, their highest win total since 2013. I was really impressed with several of Weber’s deep throws, as there were several clips from his tape of him taking low shots as he thew the ball and still nailing a deep strike in stride to his receivers. Weber works best outside of the pocket, doing a great job at extending the play to find his targets downfield while also showing excellent accuracy over the middle. With Weber under Center, Mid-Prairie could be a dark horse for contend for the 2A conference entering the 2026 season.
