The 6-foot-5, 245-pound prospect has rapidly caught the attention of college coaches in recent days with his size, speed, and athleticism. Tall, long-limbed and with tremendous instincts, Lewis is a cornerstone edge/defensive end who can seal off the corner, shed blocks and be a force against the run. Lewis has great first-step quickness, flashes twitch and takes great angles to the QB.

Lewis was a player who I got led onto during the 2025 season. The big EDGE from Brush high school flashed all of the elite traits that college football coaches highly covet. He has excellent length that he leverages well. When he wins the edge, he can bend like few others his size can. Munir has picked up G5 offers from Ohio and Toledo. He also picked up his first two Power 4 offers from Michigan State Cincinnati, and Wake Forest. I would expect that Munir, (pronounced Moo-Neer) will have a strong offseason and camp season that is going to net a lot of P4 interest and offers.

The tall, strong, 6-foot-5, 245-pound edge rusher screams elite in both phases of the game. Lewis has the size and length of a Power 4 recruit, quickly getting around blocks and utilizing his arm length to wrap-up ballcarriers and wrangle them to the ground. He also possesses a high motor with great range and pursuit.

Lewis is a late bloomer that popped onto our radar in this his junior season. With his combination of length and athleticism, Lewis profiles as a high-end EDGE at the next level. He’s a twitchy pass rusher who’s able to change direction with ease. For someone with as much length as Lewis he shows off a ton of flexibility and bend. Physically and athletically Munir has all the tools. If he can continue to get stronger and add another layer of physicality to his bag of tools, his game will rise to even another level. Once college coaches get through the 2025 season and get a chance to evaluate film, I’d be shocked if Lewis doesn’t explode onto the P4 recruiting scene. Munir currently holds offers from Buffalo and Western Michigan.

Munir is a big-bodied EDGE who can get in the backfield quickly. He’s got great speed and get-off. He can pursue evading quarterbacks and bring them down. He’s got quick hands and can win outside well against tackles. He’s got tools that you can develop as a run stopper and overall, Munir is a solid package as is right now as an edge rusher.
