The Elder Panthers finished last season at 5-4 and 1-2 in the conference. This season they are locked and loaded to make a run at the title.
2022 Standouts
Ben Hambleton - QB - 6’2 200 - Ben is one of the best RPO QB’s in Ohio. He has a laser for an arm and is really decisive in his decision making. He makes those around him better with the accuracy and laser arm. He is an athletic QB who has open field wiggle and quickness. He can make all the throws and put the ball with touch. Rising star in the Southwest.

[player_tooltip player_id="91557" first="Drew" last="Ramsey"] - WR - 6’2 200 - Drew is an outstanding WR. He is the quintessential X receiver to the boundary to dictate coverage. He is so athletic and is also utilized in the slot to work on LB’s and Safeties. He is a great route runner with sharp breaks and smooth strides. Gets on top of DB’s quickly and separates. He attacks the ball in the air and rarely misses the opportunity to make a big play. He is a threat to make plays from anywhere.

Bartley Thomas - CB - 5’11 185 - Lockdown athlete with great technique. He has technique and quickness like a college CB. Stays low in his backpedal and transitions quickly into running with the route. His T Step breaks are really quick and he gets downhill like lightning. I was really impressed with his aggressive tackling and sense of leverage on the ball. Takes on blocks with his hands and is not afraid to stick his nose in there.

Mike Kirch - TE - 6’4 205 - Coming into his own as an athlete. He is one of the best blocking TE’s in Ohio. They flex him out, bring him into the backfield, and play him on ball. He is very aggressive and has great technique. Impressive finisher with his feet and his hands. He really gets after defenders on the first and second level. He runs good MOF routes and can make tough catches and take hits. Also a basketball star.

Nicholas Paff - LB - 5’9 195 - Nick is an outstanding football player. He has 11 minutes of defensive mayhem on his film. He is extremely aggressive and is always around the ball. He has patient movements and reads blocks well. One of the best blitzers I have evaluated with a motor which never stops. Takes on blocks with leverage and escapes with quickness. Good gap sounds LB who should be on everyone’s radar.
