The versatile playmaker received an offer from Western Illinois in August, but don’t be surprised if he plays basketball in college. Still, be on the lookout for more schools in the region to recruit Jobe to the gridiron before spring gets here. Good strength, balance, and burst allows Jobe to accelerate through traffic and create as a ball carrier in the open field. Jobe’s size, strong hands, and good long speed allows him to align anywhere at the next level. Jobe’s athleticism and vision gets highlighted right away as a punt returner and coaches are sure to make a note of his playmaking ability on special teams.
